Why Brave Should Lead Netopia AI's Pre-Validation Round

Strategic Entry · Pre-Validation Pricing

Brave is already the counterparty
to Predikta's most important milestone.
The question is whether to own it.

What Predikta does
Predikta gives brands and institutions a way to simulate likely audience response before spending on campaigns, media, or research — replacing weeks of traditional research with behavioral intelligence generated in minutes.
Why Brave is already involved
Brave isn't evaluating Predikta from the outside. AdSpark is an active pilot client today and the source of the 200+ campaign dataset powering Predikta's most important validation exercise. Inquiro is piloting FGD simulation. 917V already holds equity. This is not a portfolio bet — it's a capability multiplier across revenue lines Brave already operates.
The near-term catalyst
The 200+ historical campaign backtesting — using AdSpark's own campaign archive — is the next major de-risking event. If results are strong, they should materially reduce the hardest-to-underwrite risk in the model and improve the basis for a stronger financing position in the next round.
Why waiting is expensive
Brave's opportunity to secure meaningful ownership at current pricing is strongest before the validation milestone is complete. If the results are strong, the basis for current-stage pricing becomes harder to justify for future investors — and Brave's leverage to shape deep commercial integration diminishes.
Timing Mechanics — What Changes After Validation
Three timing realities
This is not urgency for its own sake. It reflects a genuine asymmetry between pre- and post-validation pricing — and a structural window that narrows.
01
Validation results land Q2 2026
200+ historical campaigns from AdSpark's archive are currently being backtested against Predikta's outputs. Initial results are targeted for Q2 2026. This is the single most important near-term credibility milestone.
02
Pricing reflects pre-validation stage
The $6M valuation cap is set before large-scale validation exists. A materially stronger evidence base — should validation succeed — would reasonably support a different pricing conversation with future investors. The current terms reflect the current risk.
03
Integration leverage is strongest now
A lead investor at this stage doesn't just get better pricing — they get the structural basis to embed Predikta deeply across AdSpark, Inquiro, M360, and RUSH before the company's negotiating position strengthens. That leverage diminishes post-validation.
Why Brave Connective — Operating Advantage Across the Group
AdSpark · DeepSea · Secret Menu
Pre-test creative before media spend lands
Predikta can simulate how target segments are likely to respond to campaign creative, messaging, and offers before a single peso goes to media. AdSpark is already an active pilot client — and is the data source for the 200+ campaign validation exercise currently underway.
6–12 month operating leverage: Reduce wasted impressions, improve campaign planning accuracy, create a measurable differentiation in AdSpark's pitch to brand clients.
Inquiro
Turn research engagements into faster, higher-margin studies
Predikta can replace or augment traditional FGD and quantitative studies with AI-simulated behavioral research — delivering results in days rather than weeks at a fraction of field cost. Inquiro is already an active pilot client.
6–12 month operating leverage: Increase study throughput, improve margin on research engagements, and offer clients a faster insights product alongside traditional research.
M360
Improve targeting logic and message framing for A2P campaigns
Predikta's behavioral profiles can improve how M360 segments and sequences A2P messaging — particularly where psychographic nuance matters more than demographic targeting.
6–12 month operating leverage: Better open and conversion rates on A2P campaigns, stronger case for psychographic-driven messaging as a premium M360 product line.
RUSH
Model what actually sustains loyalty across behavioral segments
Predikta can identify which psychological drivers sustain engagement versus trigger churn for different customer archetypes — moving RUSH beyond points-based mechanics toward behaviorally-grounded retention strategy.
6–12 month operating leverage: Improve loyalty program ROI, reduce churn in high-value segments, and create a more defensible product differentiation for RUSH clients.

Upcoming Validation Milestone
200+ Historical Campaign Backtesting — Using AdSpark's Own Data
We are running a large-scale validation exercise testing whether Predikta's outputs align with observed real-world campaign outcomes. The campaign archive comes from AdSpark — making Brave a direct participant in the most important near-term credibility milestone for the business.

What is being tested
Predikta output vs. observed campaign results
Predikta's simulated sentiment and resonance outputs are being compared against observed outcomes from AdSpark's historical campaigns across FMCG, Telco, Finance, and Retail — including post-campaign survey data and performance indicators where comparable outcome data exists.
Success definition
Directional alignment above chance baseline
Success means Predikta shows statistically meaningful directional alignment with observed outcomes relative to a random baseline. Campaign selection criteria were applied before results were known to avoid selection bias. Results are reviewed with UP Los Baños and UP Diliman co-authors.
Expected completion
Q2 2026
Initial results targeted for Q2 2026. This is the key de-risking milestone ahead of any Series A process. A strong result would represent the clearest commercial credibility proof point Predikta has produced to date.
Why this matters for Brave specifically: The validation exercise runs on AdSpark's campaign data. If the results are strong, it validates Predikta's commercial value using Brave's own historical operations as the proof set. Brave is not watching this milestone from the outside — Brave is the counterparty to it.
What Has Been De-Risked · What Still Needs Proving
✓ Already de-risked
Research foundation: Methodology publicly documented on arXiv, co-authored with UP Los Baños and UP Diliman. Independently verifiable.
Ecosystem access: Globe's 917Ventures took an equity stake. AdSpark and Inquiro are active pilots inside the Brave-linked ecosystem today.
Early paying clients: 3 revenue-generating clients (Thynker Tech, UNBOX Philippines, GlutaMAX). Pipeline of 3 active external pilots and 10+ named prospects.
Product delivery: v1.1 live with Sentiment, Emotion & Cognition simulation + Social Listening. Campaign v2.0 and v3.0 roadmapped for 2026.
Team: Co-founder Jason Albia MS as CSOO/CTO. Advisors include Aldo Carrascoso (InterVenn, $1B+), Jojo Flores (Plug and Play, $10B+).
→ What still needs proving
Validation at scale: The 200+ campaign backtesting exercise (using AdSpark data) is the next major proof point. Results are pending. This remains the most important near-term credibility question.
Repeat purchase behavior: We have early paying clients, but we have not yet demonstrated consistent renewal and expansion within accounts.
Brave-linked commercial use cases: AdSpark and Inquiro pilots are active, but the full operating leverage within the Brave group has not been proven at revenue scale yet.
Product maturity at Phase 2: People and FGD modules are scoped for 2027. Execution risk on expanding the product surface remains real.

What This Category Tells Us
Aaru and Electric Twin validate that investors and enterprise clients will pay for AI-based audience simulation. Netopia's distinction is localized Philippine data, early methodological transparency, ecosystem access through 917V and Brave-linked entities, and a validation exercise running on a strategic partner's own campaign archive.
Predikta
Netopia AI · Manila + Singapore
Localized Filipino behavioral data (70K+ psychographic profiles, 70M+ population-level simulation). Methodology publicly documented on arXiv with UP co-authors. Strategic shareholder via 917V/Globe. Active pilots inside Brave-linked AdSpark and Inquiro. Validation exercise running on AdSpark's own historical campaign data.
Advantage
Proprietary regional dataset + ecosystem distribution — not replicable by Western entrants
Validation
200+ campaign backtesting using real AdSpark data — results Q2 2026

Electric Twin
London · $14M raised · Atomico Series A

Aaru
New York · $50M+ raised · $1B headline valuation
Demonstrates investor appetite for AI-based audience simulation at scale. Market context, data structure, and regional focus differ materially from Predikta's, but the category signal is clear: this is a fundable category with proven enterprise demand.
Lead the Round vs. Participate In It — The Structural Difference
Recommended
Brave leads the full round
$1.5M · SAFE · $6M cap · 20% discount
  • ~20–25% ownership on conversion — Brave becomes the defining strategic shareholder alongside 917V
  • Preferred integration terms — contractual basis to embed Predikta as a default capability across AdSpark, Inquiro, M360, and RUSH
  • Influence over Series A structure — meaningful say in who enters the next round and on what terms, especially if validation results are strong
  • Full alignment with validation milestone — Brave funds the exercise that uses AdSpark's own data to prove the model. If it works, Brave owns the upside it helped create
  • Strategic coherence — one lead investor with operating alignment, not a fragmented cap table of angels with no distribution value
Alternative
Brave participates alongside angels
e.g. $300K · same SAFE terms
  • ~4–5% ownership on conversion — equity exposure without strategic control
  • Standard commercial terms — integration relationship negotiated like any other client, not as a strategic partner
  • Limited Series A influence — position at the table proportional to stake, not to Brave's strategic value to the business
  • Angels don't bring distribution — the round provides capital but doesn't accelerate the Brave-linked use cases that drive commercial proof
  • Cap table fragmentation — multiple small investors dilute strategic alignment and complicate follow-on dynamics
This is not a criticism of angel capital. It's an honest description of what different commitment levels structurally produce. Brave's operating relationship with Netopia AI is worth more than a minority financial position.

What this round funds
This round funds the transition from pilot-stage to commercial proof: completing the validation exercise on AdSpark's data, converting Brave-linked pilots to revenue, advancing the product roadmap, and building the basis for a Series A process by end-2026. If Brave leads, every dollar accelerates operating leverage across entities Brave already controls.
Convert AdSpark, Inquiro, and Globe pilots to paid contracts — first revenue-generating ecosystem clients
Complete the 200+ campaign backtesting on AdSpark data — key de-risking milestone ahead of Series A
Advance Campaign v2.0 (image input, Jun 2026) and v3.0 (client data via MAP ME, Oct 2026)
Build Series A basis — targeting ₱6M ARR, completed validation, and clearer commercial conversion by end-2026
Long-Term Upside · The Larger Vision
The Philippines as the first proof point for a regional behavioral intelligence platform
If Predikta proves its model in the Philippine market — the largest Spanish-influenced English-speaking market in Southeast Asia, with a digitally active population of 110M+ — the playbook is repeatable. Each new ASEAN market requires the same foundation: a baseline psychographic survey, local data partnerships, and ecosystem distribution. That is the same playbook that built the Philippine model. The national-scale vision — simulating population response to policy, governance, and institutional decision-making — follows only after recurring commercial revenue is proven. We are not leading with that ambition. We are building toward it deliberately.
Brave is already the counterparty to Predikta's most important validation milestone. We are offering Brave the opportunity to own the full $1.5M round at pre-validation terms — before the results from AdSpark's own campaign data change the pricing conversation.
